The Alzheimer's Association- Illinois Chapter will lead this educational program designed to help recognize common signs of the disease in yourself and others and the next steps to take, including how to talk to doctors. U fortunately, many of our families or friends are likely to be impacted so we are sharing this info. This free program is open to members, family members, care givers and friends. Refreshments served at 6:15pm. Program begins at 6:30pm.
