Support Our Mission

Today the tradition of philanthropy and service continues in our mission to connect women behind a shared purpose of volunteerism, social empowerment, and community support.

The WCE continues to advance women, hosting events like International Women’s Day; programs on current events and culture; and our Premier Philanthropic Events including the Holiday BazaarWCE RevueDreams Deliveredand the Spring Benefit.  Through active involvement, members develop as community leaders and form lifelong friendships.

Each year, the Woman’s Club of Evanston invites nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations in Evanston and surrounding communities to submit applications for funding of a specific annual giving focus. All applicants should clearly describe how their project fits within the chosen focus area. For the 2023-2024 application cycle, the funding focus is as follows:

The Woman’s Club of Evanston seeks grant applications from organizations with programs that promote physical wellness and emotional well-being, focused on but not limited to teens and seniors, in Evanston and the surrounding communities.
